* Spectators: You must practice social distancing at all times during this event.
Spectators ***$5.00 complex (which includes city park or high school) entry fee paid to enter PAAC and all other softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for this tournament per day for ages 7 and up *** once you have paid your entry for the day, you will be allowed to gain access to all softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for the entire day only.  Children 6 and under are free. Please bring cash for gate fee.
 
*included in your entry fee will be 16 player/coaches wrist bands (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to gain entrance into our event.  You will be able to gain entrance to other field locations within Yuma with the wrist band  on your person.  All others will be charged $5.00 to gain entrance into the PAAC or any other complex related to the Border Madness tournament. Your wrist bands will be provided to you during your check in. Please ensure to read the color code of wrist band for each day of play. Umpires will allow wrist bands on the players non throwing side.
You must turn in a copy of your Roster at check in, show proof of age of your players (birth certificates, School ID, etc…) at check in, All protest will be $100 (which has to be collected for protest to be initiated) and has to be announced and executed by the next pitch, and all players/parents and coaches must sign the Participant Release and Consent form which will be turned in at check in.

UPDATE: Outside food will be permitted.

Team Rosters and Insurance must be presented at check-in.

Copies of individual player’s proof of age.

We will provide game balls.

Teams encouraged to have 1st Aid Kit(s) at all of their games.

* Client Withdraw Fee:

30% service fee for cancellation/withdraw after payment for tournament has been received by tournament director. A reduced registration fee shall be returned to client upon withdraw from tournament within 5 business days from withdraw.  The service charge is applied for work on replacement team/ administrative fees / tournament adjustments as a result of your cancellation/withdraw from tournament.  No refunds once tournament date(s) is within 20 days of your requested cancellation/withdraw.  Due to the remote area of tournament, most replacement team(s) are offered a discount to join tournament to avoid a disruption to the tournament schedule and/or amount of team in a division.

*Event cancelled as a result of COVID/Rain Out/Inclement Weather: 

Teams will be offered to carry over their paid entry fee (credit) to any Arizona event or entry fee will be returned minus 30% within 5 business days from the cancelled event date. The Border Madness Tournament Director will forward the team credit to the requested Arizona event. If the event entry fee is lesser, the difference will be returned back to the team by the Border Madness Tournament Director; if the event is more than the credited amount, the team is responsible for paying the difference to the Tournament Director.
