2023 Holiday Toy Drive Fastpitch 1 Day Tournament

All participating teams are asked to bring new unwrapped toys for local underprivileged children. All toys will be collected at check in and will be donated to Saint Margaret Mary Church (Brawley, Ca.) and Westmorland underprivileged children.

EVENT DETAILS

10U ( 3 game guarantee / 2 pool + Single Elim Bracket ) $365.00

12U ( 3 game guarantee / 2 pool + Single Elim Bracket ) $365.00

You must turn in a copy of your Roster at check in, show proof of age of your players (birth certificates, School ID, etc…) at check in, All protest will be $100 and has to be announced and executed by the next pitch, and all players/parents and coaches must sign the Participant Release and Consent form which will be turned in at check in.

Team Rosters and Insurance must be presented at check-in.

Copies of individual player’s proof of age.

Teams encouraged to have 1st Aid Kit(s) at all of their games.
