CALZONA Instructional Camp n’ Fastpitch Showcase Tournament – NOVEMBER 10-12, 2023

Event will be held at:

Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex (and other surrounding facilities)

1700 E. 8th Street

Yuma, Arizona 85364

Entry Fee: $xxxx Payment due  by 9/1/25 due to limited spots and high demand (if you are penciled in, please email yumafastpitch@gmail.com to receive information on payment method before due date) Each paid entry fee includes (3) players to attend Instructional Camp. 

Campers: Please arrive early to properly prepare yourself for check in and stretching before the start of the instructional camp. 

College Coaches will be present to provide student athletes instructions in softball related drills during instructional camp.

Instructional Camp can be attended by other players. (team not needed to be participating in showcase to attend camp) Fee $150.00 (only taking 40 additional campers to keep coach to camper ratio low) List can be located at the bottom of this page

***$10.00 complex entry fee to enter Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex***

*Spectators ***$10.00 complex (which includes city park or high school) entry fee paid to enter PAAC and all other softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for this tournament per day for ages 7 and up *** once you have paid your entry for the day, you will be allowed to gain access to all softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for the entire day only.  Children 6 and under are free. Please bring cash for gate fee.

Updated: *Info added regarding fees returned back to client within 3 business days after completion of event.

* Client Withdraw Fee:

15% fee for cancellation/withdraw after payment for tournament has been received by tournament director. A reduced registration fee shall be returned to client upon withdraw from tournament within 7 business days from withdraw. (6% covering credit card processing fees (3% x 2). Remaining  9% is a service charge applied for work on replacement team/tournament adjustments as a result of your cancellation/withdraw from tournament), this still applies if no credit card was used.

*Event cancelled as a result of COVID/Rain Out/Inclement Weather: 

Teams will be offered to carry over their paid entry fee (credit) to any Yuma Fastpitch/NFP event or entry fee will be returned minus 10% within 3 business days from the cancelled date. The CALZONA Director will forward the team credit to the requested Yuma Fastpitch event. If the event entry fee is lesser, the difference will be returned back to the team by the CALZONA Tournament Director; if the event is more than the credited amount, the team is responsible for paying the difference to the Yuma Fastpitch Tournament Director.

*IF CANCELLATION IS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF EVENT OR IF SCHEDULE HAS BEEN RELEASED , NO REFUND WILL BE RETURN.
